ZDHC ChemCheck is a verified report that confirms whether a chemical products complies with the ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted substances list (MRSL). It is issued by ZDHC-approved third-party verifiers & provides clear information such as the product names , suppliers, CAS numbers , & the level of MRSL conformance (level 1, 2 or 3).The ChemCheck reports helps manufactures , brands, & suppliers choose safer, approved chemicals for use in production. It supports transparency & environmental responsibility across the supply chan. ChemCheck reports are available on the ZDHC Gateway-Chemical Module & can be integrated into platforms like the Bhive for the chemical inventory verification.

ZDHC INCHECK Verification level 1 is a standardized assessment that evaluates a facilities chemical inventory against the ZDHC MRSL ( Manufacturing Restricted Substances list ). It helps Determine how many chemicals used on-site comply with ZDHC standards for the safer chemicals management. InCheck level 1 requires uploading a Chemical inventory list (CIL) into a platform like the Bhive, which is then matched against data from the ZDHC Gateway. An independent third-party verifier reviews the data & issues a report that shows the percentage of compliant chemicals & identifies any gaps. This verification enhances transparency, supports better chemicals substitution, & is often a required step in meeting brand or certification expectations.

ZDHC Supplier to Zero is a structured improvement program developed by the ZDHC Foundation to help suppliers progressively implement sustainable chemical management practices. It is designed as a three-level roadmap (Foundational, Progressive, and Aspirational) that guides suppliers from basic compliance toward leadership in cleaner production. Through Supplier to Zero, facilities receive tailored guidance, training resources, and performance evaluation aligned with ZDHC goals. The program supports suppliers in reducing hazardous chemical use, improving environmental performance, and meeting brand expectations, making it a key part of sustainable supply chain transformation.

ZDHC ClearStream is an online platform developed by the ZDHC Foundation to transparently share a facility’s wastewater test results in alignment with ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines. It allows suppliers, brands, and other stakeholders to access verified wastewater performance data in a standardized format. Facilities can upload their lab-tested discharge results (e.g., for heavy metals, dyes, solvents), which are then reviewed and published on the ClearStream platform. This promotes accountability, helps identify environmental improvement areas, and supports efforts to achieve zero discharge of hazardous chemicals in the textile and footwear supply chain.
